  • 12 year old hot water heater started leaking last night. Called Bannister this morning and tech was out this afternoon with a new one. Installed it and brought everything up to code. Very pleased and reasonable charges. Actually gave us two options and explained positive and negative of both. They increased the warranty from 7 to 10 years in-house.
