The Win-Win-Win attitude is the heart of Bannister Plumbing. The customer must “Win”, the team member must “Win”, and the company must “Win”. The “Bannister Caring Star Team” is a group of individuals dedicated to appropriately distributing our company’s charitable contributions, sponsorships, community service efforts, and most importantly carrying out the team member “Win” in our mission statement. Our goal is to complete these tasks while adhering to the Bannister Plumbing values of “Faith, Family, and Excellence”.
The Bannister Caring Star Program will be funded in part by the “Bannister Caring Star Employee Giving Fund”. This fund provides an opportunity for team members to actively contribute and participate in our culture of giving. The Bannister Caring Star Employee Giving Fund will benefit, and be fully supported only by Bannister Plumbing team members.
We have also decided that Bannister Plumbing will be matching the team member contributions to the fund by increasing our budgeted Donations and Contributions by that amount each year.
Employees will have the opportunity to provide the Caring Star Team with the name of their favorite charitable organization and the Team will decide where to place the available funds.
Online and paper forms will be available for submission from team and community members. Team members can also personally and confidentially go to the Culture and Care Manager at any time to make requests.
The Culture and Care Manager receives, tracks, and presents the requests to the Bannister Caring Star Team bi-weekly. In the event of emergency situations, emergency meetings or communications may be held. The Bannister Caring Star Team reviews the requests and takes an anonymous vote. Majority rule applies to all votes.
